OCR stands for Optical character recognition. It’s an augmented reality application. OCR software enables you to extract text from an image and convert it into an editable text document. It’s a new search system in which you can easily search text from images, QR and Bar Codes.This application required android OS 2.3 or higher version and Internet connection.After the Installation of APK file for first time this application needs to download and install two library files from server first from Google play(Text to speech engine) and second from my server, so it will take 5 minute or less depending on your internet connection. After downloading it will close the application. You have to reopen it and its working properly.Working:You have to take image of some text or any QR or Bar code, and then crop the image according to your choice it will automatically extract text from image. You can easily search on that text on Google, amazon, YouTube. You can also send text through text message and it’s also having functionality of speech the text.Caution:If the text font is too small or the background noise is too high (for example a background image) then our OCR process will fail like every other OCR tool.If application stop working due to any reason it is recommend to restart your smart phone.
